Symposium on Cannabinoid Medicine held at the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain
On 10th March 2008 a Symposium on Cannabinoid Medicine organised by Professor Michael Heinrich of the School of Pharmacy, London was held at the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
Inaugural A. Vogel Lecture on Pharmacognosy and Phytotherapy
Prof. Lars Bohlin of the University of Uppsala, Sweden delivered the Inaugural A. Vogel Lecture entitled "A Journey from Plants to Medicines - an integrated view on pharmacognosy" at the School on 27th February 2008.
Harkness Fellowship Award
Dr Sarah Clifford, Lecturer in Medicines and Health in the Department of Practice and Policy, was recently awarded a prestigious Harkness Fellowship in Health Care Policy and Practice by the Commonwealth Fund.
School Success in Obtaining Research Funding from Business
